What You’ll Do 

• Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies that drive revenue growth and team performance.
• Identify skill gaps and deliver targeted coaching to build a motivated, high-performing sales team.
• Champion CRM excellence and data-driven decision-making to keep operations sharp and efficient.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and prospects to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Inspire your team to consistently smash targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You Bring

Required:

• Proven track record leading sales teams to exceed quotas.
• Strong experience thriving in a fast-paced, onsite, phone-based sales environment with deep CRM knowledge.
• The ability to motivate teams, build meaningful client relationships, and navigate challenges with strategy and grit.

• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a big advantage.

Compensation 

Salary: $70,304 per year.

Commission: This position is also eligible for commission in addition to the annual salary. Commission earnings are variable and based on individual production. Typical monthly commission earnings for employees in this role have ranged from approximately $9,200 - $23,500. Actual commission earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.

Total Compensation: Actual compensation will vary based on hours worked, individual performance, and commission earnings. Commission earnings are paid pursuant to the Company's applicable commission plan.

The range represents the good-faith range the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Commission earnings are variable and are not guaranteed.
