What You’ll Do
- Close warm, qualified leads daily by phone.
- Present solutions with clarity and confidence, and overcome objections.
- Collaborate with resolution teams to structure settlements that eliminate debt.
- Hit targets, earn commissions, and drive client satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Experience in B2B or B2C phone sales.
- CRM proficiency and comfort in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Compensation
Commission: This position is also eligible for uncapped commission of up to 15% per closed deal, plus performance bonuses, in addition to the hourly wage. Commission earnings are variable, based on individual production, and not guaranteed.
Hourly Pay: $16.90 per hour.
Total Compensation: Expected total annual compensation is $160,000 – $200,000, including commissions. Actual compensation will vary based on hours worked, individual performance, and commission earnings. Commission earnings are paid pursuant to the Company’s applicable commission plan.
The pay range represents the good-faith range the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Commission earnings are variable and are not guaranteed.
