Production chemical technician

Description

• Responsible for managing resin production activities in the resin lab.
• Operate the Equipment and Maintain the Processes in the FE- Wet area.
• Providing the staff training, quality controlling and change process parameters per needs
• Control NPI lots and verify execution per plan
• Work closely with FE Engineering, Planning, R&D, Supervisor and QC to ensure quality output
• Lead New process introduction and control, processes implementation and equipment's installation in cooperation with FE Engineering & Maintenance . 
• SOP Maintenance.
• Work with ENG on QC discrepancy and action plan required
• Daily Pass down with Shift in WET area, review tasks, priorities and help needed
• Training and leveling on Shift Knowledge and operation, work with S.V based on priorities and timeline
• Review SOPs, work with Process ENG on modification and improvement per need based on feedback for lead operators
•  Daily review on Wet Discrepancy, lot on HOLD and special instruction.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in chemical manufacturing processes.
• Chemical Engineering Technician or Chemical Technician qualification - a significant advantage.
