Global Trade Services – Industrial Senior Engineer
Location : Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh

What You Will Do

You will apply process engineering, data analytics, project management, and technology expertise to improve customs clearance operations. Working with local and regional teams, you will implement solutions that strengthen service quality, productivity, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Optimize clearance workflows to reduce delays, improve productivity, and strengthen operational controls.
• Data and Performance: Analyze operational data, develop dashboards, and track performance and improvement benefits.
• Technology and Automation: Define business requirements and support system enhancements, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Service and Compliance: Address recurring service issues and implement customs requirements with Regulatory, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Project Delivery: Lead or support improvement projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Cost Optimization: Evaluate resources, vendors, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and validate business benefits.
• Collaboration and Training: Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain process documentation, and support training and knowledge sharing.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience in engineering, customs clearance, logistics, business analysis, or operational improvement.
• Working knowledge of import/export clearance processes and regulatory controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting experience preferred.
• Experience with business requirements, system enhancements, testing, or automation.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
