About the role

If you're the type of person who notices when something is out of place, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you.

At Singleton Construction, our projects move fast. Materials arrive daily, schedules constantly evolve, and dozens of moving parts must come together at the right time to keep a project on track. That's where our Receiving Coordinators make a difference.

As a Receiving Coordinator, you'll be the hub of jobsite inventory and material management, making sure every delivery is accounted for, organized, protected, and available when the project team needs it. You'll work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, vendors, and delivery drivers to ensure materials don't become a roadblock to project success.

This isn't a traditional warehouse role. You'll be part of an active construction project, helping support the team through inventory coordination, documentation, delivery management, and administrative support.

Why Singleton?

Singleton Construction delivers nationwide retail and commercial construction programs for some of America's most recognized brands. Our clients trust us because we build strong relationships, communicate openly, and consistently deliver results.

As a Receiving Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in project execution. When deliveries are tracked, inventory is organized, and materials are available when crews need them, projects stay on schedule and clients stay happy.

You'll work alongside experienced construction professionals while building valuable skills in project coordination, logistics, inventory management, and operations. No two projects are exactly alike, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact every day.

Whether you come from construction, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or another fast-paced environment, you'll have the chance to build a rewarding career with a team that values organization, accountability, and teamwork.
