Group Lead, Digital Innovation at a glance...

You will drive enterprise Digital and GenAI transformation by identifying, shaping, and advancing the next generation of business capabilities, products, platforms, and operating models that create measurable competitive advantage and enterprise value.

• Lead identification and development of enterprise-wide digital, AI, and GenAI transformation opportunities aligned to strategic business priorities.
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to define future-state capabilities, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business strategy, market trends, and emerging technologies into actionable product, platform, and AI investment opportunities.
• Drive enterprise thinking beyond automation use cases toward transformational growth, efficiency, customer, and workforce outcomes.
• Build business cases, value hypotheses, strategic recommendations, and executive-ready investment proposals.

• I have 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, product strategy, AI transformation, innovation, management consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise product management.
• I have demonstrated success leading large-scale digital, data, AI, or business transformation initiatives in complex global organizations.
• I have a proven ability to connect emerging technologies to measurable business outcomes including growth, productivity, cost optimization, and operating model transformation.
• I have deep understanding of AI, GenAI, agentic systems, automation, data products, and digital platform strategies.
• I have strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$141,500.00 - $176,900.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
