Director, Customer Solutions
About the role
Job Description Summary:
At The Coca‑Cola Company, we’re accelerating toward becoming a truly consumer‑centric total beverage company. With a vibrant and expanding global portfolio, our success depends on how we deliver value—connecting customers, bottler partners, and consumers through seamless service and innovative solutions.
The Director, Customer Solutions leads this transformation, aligning customer strategy and operational execution to support account‑based equipment, service, and supply chain fulfillment. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations teams, this role defines and deploys strategic solutions that strengthen revenue, efficiency, and beverage quality across the North America system.
The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with hands‑on experience leading customer operations, supply chain transformation, and cross‑functional service programs. Success requires collaboration, agility, and operational leadership that bridges customer needs, system capabilities, and digital innovation to deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Customer & System Leadership
- Build systemwide capabilities that drive competitive advantage with national customers by translating retailer needs into coordinated bottler engagement, package strategies, and sales and operations planning.
- Serve as the customer‑facing supply chain lead, bridging customer priorities with system capabilities and internal alignment to achieve service and commercial goals.
- Connect customer strategy, fulfillment processes, and performance insights into actionable plans to improve beverage availability, quality, and execution.
- Customer & Digital Enablement
- Advance the use of digital, AI, automation, and analytics platforms that enhance order accuracy, demand planning, exception management, and replenishment forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate digital signals into daily operations, speeding decisions, improving service visibility, and reducing manual intervention.
- Champion technology adoption across bottler partners and customer operations, driving consistency and real‑time access to actionable information.
- Service Excellence & On‑Shelf Availability
- Lead development of customer‑specific service improvement plans to strengthen on‑shelf availability, in‑stock performance, and shopper experience while meeting annual business plan commitments.
- Use service metrics, scorecards, and performance dashboards to identify risks, create contingency plans, and mobilize cross‑functional teams.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and internal operations teams to move from insight to acceleration in service delivery and execution.
- Governance & Stewardship
- Lead operating forums that translate retailer data, replenishment signals, and operational insights into aligned business priorities and execution plans.
- Support transformation by influencing without formal authority—building capability, scaling new working models, and ensuring sustained adoption of system improvements.
- Enable disciplined governance and performance routines that ensure accountability and transparency across customer, bottler, and internal functions.

- Proven success in driving digital transformation, analytics, automation, or AI‑enabled decision support projects that improved service delivery or operational efficiency.
- Technical & Functional Expertise:
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain performance, replenishment dynamics, and route‑to‑market models across DSD, warehouse, e‑commerce, and third‑party fulfillment.
- Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Workday, or SAP, and ability to integrate AI‑based analytics and automation platforms into operational workflows.
