Insurance Operations Support Specialist (primarily Auto Insurance)

Responsibilities:

• Provides operational and administrative support for insurance activities, primarily in the Auto Insurance sector.
• Communicates with and supports partners on insurance-related matters.
• Liaises with insurance companies and external partners.
• Enters and updates customer and policy information in the insurance management systems.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer records and insurance documentation.
• Responds to customer and partner enquiries regarding policies, claims and procedures.
• Ensures that all insurance documentation and related activities comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Degree from a university, Technological Educational Institute (TEI) or Vocational Training Institute (IEK).
• At least two years of experience in an insurance company or insurance agency is desirable.
• BoG Insurance Agent Certification .
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with insurance company pricing portals and Blue Byte software.
